Herejía Studio®

Founded by Carlos Franco; Herejia Studio® operates in deliberate opposition to the predictable. It brings together graphic design, identity, sound, and moving image under a single way of thinking.
Coming from “herejía” — heresy — understood not as rejection, but as curiosity: the impulse to question, to look again, and to approach things from a different angle. That idea runs through every project, shaping how concepts are developed and how forms take place.
Herejia works with artists, brands, and independent projects to develop identities and systems that are clear, adaptable, and made to be used over time.

Based in Barcelona (Catalunya)

RToB explores music, art, design, print culture, film, literature, and underground histories through a lens that is both research-driven and highly visual. Rather than chasing trends, RToB works like an evolving collection of references, fragments, and connections that are studied, recontextualized, and turned into meaningful narratives.

In practice, each subject becomes a case file: researched through documents, imagery, recordings, context, and cultural traces, then translated into storytelling, visual content, memes, printed matter, and handmade collectible objects.

The branding employs a serif font for a refined, craft-oriented sophistication, blending seamlessly with floral motifs from projects like giant flowers.

Minimalist layouts prioritize imagery of bespoke installations (e.g., Sant Jordi, Castañer stands) in natural palettes. Clean hierarchy uses ample whitespace, high-contrast photos, and subtle organic accents to evoke Barcelona's creative scene and the studio's 10+ years in art direction.

Espectro Oculto's visual language echoes the music’s analog grit: monochrome textures, spectral silhouettes, fragmented typography, and brutalist design cues inspired by early DIY aesthetics and underground culture.

Every design is an extension of the sound — enigmatic, minimalist, and evocative.

Elementa Obscura’s visual language treats each compilation like an occult artifact: ritual diagrams, and a sans-serif grotesk frame the releases as objects of discovery. The design balances ancient grimoire references with a strict graphic system, giving the series a mysterious identity.

Across both volumes, the artwork evokes cosmic invocation and dark-age symbolism, translating the sonic world into a minimal yet charged emblem. It feels ceremonial, and intentionally timeless.

The harsh realities of life in Berlin are laid bare in this short novel. From the piss drenched corners of the club scene, to the inevitable slide into madness.

This is not therapy. This is not an addiction. It's a fetish  of course it is.

Urofagia a love story with no boundaries.
